1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Exceptions: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. How to Return:

  • Return Authorization: We will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for returning your item. Please do not return items without this authorization.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges:

  • Request an Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you with the exchange process and may require you to place a new order for the replacement item.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • Report Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
